The purpose of this certification is to provide Ultralife Corporation and Ultralife's family of brands and wholly-owned subsidiaries (ABLE, AMTI, McDowell Research, RedBlack Communications, RPS Power Systems, Stationary Power Services, U.S. Energy and Ultralife Batteries) with relevant information about your business. It does not put your firm on a bidder's list, but will maintain your active certification for three years for potential contracts.
